How you may use the videos
In short: the videos are licensed, not sold; your named organisation (or a set number of learners) may watch them for internal training; one-time licences do not end, subscriptions run 12 months; resale or public posting needs a written agreement. A lawyer writes the final text.

The organisation named in the order (its staff and contractors), or a set number of learners.
How long
One-time purchase: no end date for the version bought. Subscription: 12 months, renews, includes updates.
Allowed
Internal training on your own LMS, intranet or in training sessions; the captions, transcripts and quiz with the videos; trimming a video and adding your own intro or outro.
Not allowed without a written agreement
Resale or sharing outside the organisation; posting on public websites or social media; changing the story, voices or characters; removing SecurityAware’s name (except white label); using the videos, voices or scripts to train AI models.
Fixes
Mistakes are fixed free during a subscription, or for 12 months after a one-time purchase.
Price and law
