Information and data training: No Names

Information & Data training in a 2:33 animated story. It covers Data classification, need-to-know, UAE and Saudi data-protection basics, public AI tools. In English and Arabic, with captions you can switch on or off, and a scenario quiz at the end.

What your team will learn

  • Sort documents by their label (Public, Internal, Confidential, or your company's own labels) and state that the label tells you where a document is kept, who sees it and how it's sent.

  • State why confidential or personal data never goes into a public AI tool (it can be kept and used, and can't be taken back), and use only AI tools your company approves.

  • Apply need-to-know and the basics of UAE and Saudi data-protection law: share information only with people who need it for their work, and use personal data only for the reason it was collected.

  • Report it to your security team straight away if you share something you shouldn't have.

The story

“No Names” is the story at the heart of this course. Helen (HR director) is the lead character; the learner watches the situation unfold, spots the warning signs, and sees the right thing to do. Set in Nakhlora Group, a fictional Gulf company.

Sample quiz question

Layla wants to turn last month's incident write-up into a friendly story for her session, fast. What is the safe way?

  • Paste it into a public AI chat, then delete the chat at once.
  • Retell it herself, with no names or details that point to anyone.
  • Swap the names for initials, then paste it into a public AI chat.
  • Paste it into a public AI chat, but only from her work laptop.

Correct answer: Retell it herself, with no names or details that point to anyone.

Why: A public AI tool can keep and use what you paste; deleting the chat, initials or a work laptop don't change that. Layla retells it herself with no names.

No Names [0:02] Helen: Is that Priya's name in there? [0:05] Layla: It is. That's the exact mistake I'd warn you about. [0:09] Narrator: One paste, and two colleagues' names, a badge number and what each of them clicked have left Nakhlora. [0:17] Layla: It's a public AI chat. What I paste can be kept and used, and I can't take it back. [0:26] Layla: So I report it to my own team, like anyone would. We'll look at what was shared. [0:32] Narrator: Shared something you shouldn't have? Report it to your security team straight away. [0:40] Helen: Then I'll teach, for once. Every document has a label: it says where it's kept, who sees it, how it's sent. [0:49] Narrator: Three things on the desk, three labels. Where would you put each one? [0:58] Helen: The poster's Public: it's on our website. The attendance list is Internal, staff only. And the write-up says who clicked what: Confidential. [1:10] Narrator: Labels differ between companies, so learn your own, and check a file's label before you share it. [1:18] Helen: Confidential means need-to-know. Even inside Nakhlora, it goes only to people who need it for their work. [1:26] Layla: So the 24 at my session don't need Priya's name at all. [1:31] Helen: Names, ID and badge numbers, salaries: that's personal data. The law protects it, in the UAE and in Saudi Arabia. [1:41] Layla: And we collected Priya's details to handle the incident. Not for my story. [1:46] Helen: Exactly. Use personal data only for the reason it was collected, and keep only what's needed. [1:54] Narrator: Never paste confidential or personal data into a public AI tool. Use only AI tools your company approves. [2:02] Layla: Same lesson, no names: one colleague clicked, another reported it. That's all they need. [2:09] Layla: Good morning, everyone. Today's story is true. It has no names. [2:19] Narrator: Check the label before you share. Never paste work data into a public AI tool. Shared by mistake? Contact your security team.
